Our Services
Cocktail reception, seated dinner, buffet, family-style, live food station?
Tell us the nature of the event you want to organize, and we will design and execute the appropriate food, drinks, and dining experience. If you wish, we can also recommend suitable venues for your event.
Here’s how it works:
- You share with us all your (even the wildest) desires, ideas, and budget. This doesn’t commit you to anything yet.
- Based on this, we create a comprehensive proposal tailored specifically to your event.
- Once you approve our proposal, we set the wheels in motion, finalize the details, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You and your guests can enjoy a high-quality dining experience.

Our Drinks
We are happy to design a beverage service tailored to your event, including wine, beer, and other refreshments. We assist in estimating the required quantity and, if you prefer, take away the empty bottles. We donate the proceeds from bottle returns to charity.

Royal Event Catering was born out of a desire to bring the flavor profiles and specialized expertise of Finland’s beloved restaurants to the disposal of more event organizers. As our client, you can trust that you and your guests will receive the same service and quality as if you were within the walls of your favorite restaurant.
Our operation is built on continuous dialogue and reliability – no unexpected middlemen, but the same familiar professionals guiding your event from start to finish.

Our Location Our kitchen is located in Helsinki, so we primarily operate in Southern Finland. However, we can also come to you even if it’s a longer distance.
Alternatively, we can recommend some of our own venues for you – through us, you can find villa-style settings, modern penthouses in the heart of Helsinki, or atmospheric, legendary addresses that evoke a bygone era.
